Virāsana (Bhilsana). 8 miles N of Etah. Buddha delivered here the Skandha-dhātu-sūtra. Xuanzang saw there 2 monasteries with 2,000 Mahayana monks (see Watter 1904, vol.1, p.332) - Dutt (1998:269).
